Prior to joining Aesthetx, she was an Executive Director leading multiple teams in the pursuit of optimal training. process efficiency and growth. Alex is a nature lover who lives in the Santa Cruz Mountains with her family and ever-growing list of pets.

Kirsten brings a unique blend of interior design, entrepreneurship, and dermatology experience to the Aesthetx team. She has spent more than a decade in customer-facing roles, where she developed a love for building meaningful relationships, improving operations, and creating efficient systems. Her appreciation for beautiful spaces, collaboration, and the medical aesthetics field allows her to contribute thoughtfully to both the patient experience and the team.

Bahareh has a strong background in talent acquisition, she brings extensive experience in candidate engagement and recruitment, having worked with lean start-ups and multinational Bay Area tech companies. Known for her exceptional ability and passion for creating an elevated candidate experience, and consistently achieving high conversion rates. She is skilled in guiding patients through their care journey, supporting post-procedure follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless, thoughtful experience at every touchpoint. Known for her positivity and welcoming presence, Ariana is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while helping keep the practice running smoothly. Born and raised in Sonoma County, she now calls Marin home and is proud to support our patients and team each day.
