Dr. Kream is a full-scope cosmetic dermatologist with a primary focus on advanced laser treatments. She has performed hundreds of laser procedures across the full spectrum, from routine skin rejuvenation with minimal downtime to intensive, operating-room-level resurfacing.

Dr. Kream completed the ASDS Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery and Laser Fellowship at Cosmetic Laser Dermatology in La Jolla, widely considered the most prestigious fellowship of its kind in the world. Its faculty developed many of the lasers used across the field today, and the practice receives new devices before they reach the broader market, sometimes ahead of FDA clearance. Clinicians travel from around the globe to spend a single day there. Dr. Kream trained there for a full year.

During your 45-minute initial consultation, Dr. Kream will walk you through every layer of what is happening with your skin and build a treatment plan for the full year ahead: the right time for a bigger intervention, and the treatments that will maintain and protect your results in between. When time allows, lighter treatments can often be started the same day.
